GeoPointer is a GPS application that displays a compass, the coordinates of your current location, speed,.. . It allows to enter target coordinates and shows an arrow that points to that target. Bearing and distance are also shown. Usabe e.g. for Geocaching.

Needs an option on what coordinate grid type for input. Only takes dd:mm:ss.sss Waiting for an update

Tried it twice this weekend. Both times it changed the coordinates of the target, pointing me on the wrong direction.

Meh...GPS is quirky...accuracy was sub-par...UI could use a little TLC.

Nice idea, but poorly done. Compass was sluggish and slow, very errorprone. Slow to update to the point of unusable. Moto droid, 2.1 software.
