Keep Long Beach Clean, Safe & Drivable! Used this app to report a pothole. App allows you to upload a photo and captures your gps location. I received an estimated repair time of 2 weeks. After two weeks passed and no fix, I became skeptical. Two more weeks passed and it was finally fixed. I am a believer again! LG Optimus V

Have used this to report graffiti on a red curb and building.. got same day response. I even put in a request for a bird carcass, great tool!

The City of LB makes this App worthless Its a great idea for an app, but without the support from the City, its worthless. I've submitted two problems since January 2011, and neither has been fixed. Both tickets are still open with no updates and no followup.

Used twice for graffiti and the problem was fixed. Make sure your GPS is on and fixed on the correct address after you take the picture.

Used this to report a pothole. Took a photo. A month later, BAM! Fixed. Nice.

They completely ignore issues sent in with this app. I submitted a graffiti and theyve done nothing. I call the #, it's fixed.
