Contacts GroupU integrates with built-in phonebook seamlessly. All groups edited in GroupU will appear in phonebook, and can be synced with gmail group. User can send sms/mms/email/ or set ringtone/voicemail to a group, or group members.

It just works! I have used it to email to gmail group contacts and to send SMS to gmail group contacts without any hiccups!

It took my contacts out of the main contact list so everytime i wanted to contact just one person, i had to open this app.

Unable to set ringtones. Delete a name from any group results deleting the it from the main contact list permanently
