This application sets your Google Talk status to the currently playing song on your phone, and lets you share the current song on Twitter, Facebook, or anywhere you like!

If the app isn't displaying your current status after logging in, try waiting for the next song or pausing and resuming the current track.

good idea..but not working :-( i like your idea..but not working on my Galaxy S.. :-( i logged into gtalk..played/paused/next track on Music Player..but status not reflcting. :-(
