AndroidTether turns your Android phone into a USB Internet access point for PC (both Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit).
Does not require root access.
**Don't forget to open usb debugging of your phone, menu-->Applications-->Development-->USB debugging
**NOTE: Please hit "menu" to get help first before using the app

Needlessly complicated Oh, and it threw an exception error after 20 minutes of directions.

Awesome! Yeah, a little tricky to set up but not bad if you can follow directions. Works beautifully! Using on an unrooted Droid X (v 2.3) with a Win 7 laptop.

Crashes on opening DROID X ginger bread. Crashes as soon as I try to open. Can't even try to use.
