Tethering turns your Android phone into a USB Internet access point for PC (both Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit).  
Does not require root access.
**Don't forget to open usb debugging of your phone, menu-->Applications-->Development-->USB debugging
**NOTE: Please hit "menu" to get help first before using the app

Follow ins. Works fine. Again, follow all instructions, app works like a champ when theres no other internet. Proxy port 8080

Cumbersome setup, but better than paying for access. Can't connect to secure sites.

Slow as a snail. Drops too often. Nearly impossible setup ..

It's ok. Stops tethering after a period of time. Pretty easy to set up (dl drivers, install them, good to go).

App is slow on startup, internet speed is slower than pdanet for some reason, installation and use on pc is terrible
