Using the C25K plan from Couch to 5K? This app times your workout while you listen to your own music or podcasts.  It plays an audio signal when you need to switch your pace.

This is a fully functioning 9-week plan. There's no upsale after 2 weeks like in the competitor's free version. The only drawback is that it needs to be in the foreground to run. For background mode (and a lot of other cool features), you're invited to upgrade to Pro.

Does not work Skips warmup. Says 23574464 minutes total

Love it! Such a great simple app. Easy to follow program. Can't wait. Do a 1/2 and full marathon version.

Doesn't Work Every time your phone falls asleep the timer will stop. Dont download!

Works great even if screen locks. I like the simplicity of the bell, hate annoying voices so this is fab!

Good timer but glitchy If you get a text then it will start the timer over, other than that it is a good app
