The HealthStateCalc is a good tool for calculating state of health. It can estimate Body Mass Index(BMI), Ideal Body Weight(IBW), Body Fat Percentage(BFP), Waist to Hips Ratio(WHR) and Metabolic Rate(BMR, RMR, etc.). It also provides some tips about those functions.
