This application reveals all iridium flares and satelittes (including international space station and amateur radio satellites) passing by at your location.
An auto-adjusting compass pointing in the direction of the satellite or flare helps you tracing the object.
Notifications can be enabled to warn you whenever a satellite of interest passes by.

The actual data is taken from www.heavens-above.com. They did a great job so check out their website too.
This is NOT the official www.heavens-above.com Android application although the name may suggest this.

This version is the same as the free version but without the advertisements.

Heavens Above Great App, simple to use and the display for each event is so clear that you are almost guaranteed to view each satellite pass - now they just need to design an app to remove cloud cover...

Used to love it Xoom ics... no more refreshes. Developer sent immediate response to bug report which is great. One day later was fixed. Excellent! Thx!

Incompatible with ROM? Fix! Try downloading the Eris Market Fix from the market. Working on ICS Galaxy S1. This app is unsurpassed in functionality & accuracy. I would, however, like a daylight savings time option.

'A' grade app! I would love an audible 10 second count down for Iridium flares. Other than that, this is the perfect app :-)
