Great for getting pumped up! I use this before swim meets to make myself focused relaxed and energized! However, this is actually the energy boost one not the power nap one.

Amazing Tried, first time I tried it I was seriously groggy and nodding off in the afternoon. After it was done I had the energy to conquer the world.

Spiffy I've used it a few times and really like it. I DON'T like that it installs as "Energy Boost" when it is called "Power Nap" in the market.
