Art Needs more customization text too small and able to use color on diff sections

NEEDS A FEW TWEEKS FOR 5 STARS NEEDS MORE DOCTOR FIELDS; ADD PHARMACY FIELDS; ADD SURGERY AND FAMILY HISTORY FIELDS... ALSO NEEDS BACKUP AND RESTORE FUNCTIONS!!! THESE ADDITIONS WILL MAKE THIS APP 5 STARS!!!

App is OK. I agree it should be free. Sent suggestion to developers and received no reply at all. This is not a good sign for support.

This app should be free. Many smart phone users purchase these very expensive phones and pay that extra monthly charge then searching for useful apps

Just what I was looking for, but linking to existing contacts would be nice. Also, dev's website says price is $.99 but marketplace charged me $1.50.
