WORKS ON MOTO DROID!!!
Extends call log so that each call can be categorized:
* Email PDF/CSV Reports;
* Add/Delete categories;
* Automatic launch after each call;
* Reports based on dates;
* Sorting ascending/descending
* Missed calls can be included into reports;
* Sort by name/number/date

SMS Since udpate to ICS, SMS are shown in the log list. Need option to hide SMS from list.
