If you do a lot of computers software support, but refer users under warranty to manufacturers, this could speed up your work with Dells.  Scan or enter a service tag to fetch the warranty info for a Dell device quickly. Location permissions for ad support.

Does just what I need. This is the quickest way to verify a warranty. I do get a quick popup that says "File not found". It still works.

Not designed for tablets (large screens). Also does not accept express service codes. Results are clumsy. Has potential.

Speedy Hope to see an export feature in the future, maybe even a few added fields one could add notes about each service tag.
