For the more visual person, Blik makes it easy to quickly see your calendar events by showing you a picture for each event.
The pictures are selected automatically by Blik based on the text for each event. A small amount of text is shown below the picture...just enough to figure out what the picture is about. For example, if you have "John Smith's Birthday" in your calendar, you'll see a picture of a birthday cake and the word "John" below it or "Pick up Jane from school", you'll see a picture representing school with the word "Jane" under it.
There are over 200 built in pictures and more than 500 keywords to match those pictures to your calendar events.
There will still be events in your calendar that Blik won't be able to recognize, but you can set the picture yourself when this happens. With the paid Pro version, you'll also be able to add your own keyword rules to associate text with a picture every time Blik sees those words.
Tips: You can scroll the widget by clicking the right and left sides of it where the little triangle-arrows appear. Pressing in the center of the widget will show other controls.
Refreshing the display: Blik wakes up every 30 minutes to refresh the display and takes very little processing power, especially if there aren't any changes in your calendar. If you add a calendar event that should be displayed, it will eventually show up, but if you want Blik to update right away, you can press the center of the widget and hit the "Refresh" option.

> Facebook events may be displayed with incorrect starting times. Use Blik Advanced Setting value to manually adjust the display for all Facebook start times.
> Facebook declined events will still show up.
> Larger widget sizes can result in out-of-memory crashes.
Daylight Savings Time change.
If your phone is showing events off by an hour, you may need to power it down and reboot for it to pick up the time change from your cell provider.
