This is a Scrolling Widget, which shows call/sms history.
User can tap on the call/SMS icon to view the details and call back/reply.

Please make sure scrolling widget option is enabled in your Launcher application. ****************

TO ENABLE : Long tap on your home screen and select 'Call & SMS Log'

Potential Badly needs updating, doesn't run reliably on htc sensation. A few but fixes and this would be the BEST app available for this purpose.

Looks great. Great concept. But crashes Samsung Infuse. Freezes. Sometimes displays name, numbers, or just says Unknown for every contact.
