This unique app allows you to sync a set of folders from your Android device to the cloud and back. It currently supports the Dropbox storage service, as well as your own FTP, SFTP, FTPS servers. The official Dropbox app is *not* needed.

Innovative "setup & forget" sync engine with these features:
• Battery friendly.
• Works on ALL Android devices.
• Will NOT slow down your device when no data changes.
• Will backup your new/modified files (eg: photos, videos) in the background, as soon as possible.
• Adapts to ever-changing connectivity and power conditions.
• Powerful filtering features (by file type, size, etc).

Supports 2 different sync modes (both are one-way):
• Continuous sync from Local to Remote.
• One-shot sync from Remote to Local.

Compatible with all Android versions (1.5 and up).

Limitations:
• Dropbox restricts uploads to 300MB per file: http://www.dropbox.com/help/5

Bad Wont create sync folder for you. User must create one himself. And it fails to connect to dropbox a lot. I can't understand why local or dropbox content ends up being removed?

Errors out with dropbox Repeatedly got errors when attempting to sync titanium back up folder. Finally gave up

More cloud options I just paid for this app & I'm upset over the limitation of just Dropbox. I don't have any servers & I wanna be able to sync to Google drive. For a paid app we should have more cloud options.

Functional but needs work It isn't the easiest to setup and configure, lacks any meaningful documentation, and is very noisy when operating (constantly updating the notification tray). It also seemed to regularly have problems connecting and/or syncing data. I contacted support for assistance but never heard back. FolderSync is much better and the way to go

Lifeboat Used to be a great app for backing up phone to Dropbox, now won't verify and fails, so pretty useless.

FTP Sync Does Not Work When syncing to my FTP server at home the UI continuously flashes and nothing gets uploaded. My FTP server is available and does work. Dont waste your money. I recommend Folder Sync, its far better. And actually works
