Crashes before I can complete any function Doesn't remember username or password. HTC EVO 4G, Android 3.x.

Zero functionality Just like KeyBank's idea of customer service, this app falls short of any other bank out there. There is no user friendly interface outside of a half working website. You probably deserve better.

Meh Just a bookmark. However, I can seem to access my account using chrome mobile browser so here I am. Galaxy nexus.

Just OK As others have said, it's pretty much just a bookmark. Also, on Droid Razr, the app doesn't scale to the screen size. About 1/3 of the screen is blacked out. Needs work.

Not what I thought it was So all this app does is just a faster way to get to the mobile site. Lol it's not really even worth the dl when I could just open my browser and click a bookmark to do the same thing.

Not the best but very Good banking app. It's not a bookmark. I just logged in and paid my bills. Don't know what these technologically challenged ppl are talking about??? Maybe they have old flip phones. But it worked fine as advertised for me.
