"Kid Spend Control" is a program for limiting the duration of outgoing calls. Time is measured in minutes/day, and minutes/month.
The main purpose is blocking outgoing calls when one of counters reach the defined time limit. Additional functionality - to notify the user when the use is close to the limit as well as providing information about the current state of daily and monthly call counters.
Program has additional functionalities:
-Blocking all outgoing calls to unwanted phone numbers depending on the list.
-Grant access for all outgoing calls to certain numbers depending on the list.
What should be set for successful implementation:
    - Enable service.
    - Select a monthly limit.
    - Select a daily limit.
It is also recommended:
    - Pick a day of payment ,this is a day in the month when the monthly count will start again unless you select will be the first day of the month.
    - Add phone numbers of parents in the list of phone numbers without restrictions ,outgoing phone calls will always be granted even after exceeding the limits.
    - Create a password using "Change password" to protect settings from unauthorized use.
The following is optional:
    - Add the numbers in the list "blocked numbers" ,the list is initially filled with prefixes and numbers of paid and international calls specifically for your country, in accordance with the language and locale settings of your phone.
Additional information:
This program has two icons, one for Settings - designed for parents and the second is used to monitor the amount of calls and is accessible without a password, it can be attached to the screen for quick access. It is also available from the notification area ,warning appears at the top of the screen when you reach more than 80% of the chosen limit.
The duration of the call is recorded with precision in seconds, in real-time of the call. Deleting call log will not alter the state of the counters.
The program "Call usage" shows the relative level of monthly and daily counters in comparison with the corresponding limits.
The most reliable indication is the Expectations by the end of the month counter - it calculates the estimated monthly usage from average usage.
Color changes from green to yellow at 60 and from yellow to red at 80 percent.
