It is a voice recorder according to the PCM recording of can ..high sound quality.. recording.
Data is preserved on the SD card by the WAVE form.

The setting of the sampling frequency can be changed.
(8000, 11025, 16000, 22050 or 44100)

Works as advertised. Use ES File Ex if you really need to organize/listen on the go.
