Here's a fixed up version that works on the 2.1 Droid.

You can get a working Launcher2 for FREE if you root and install CyanogenMod! Get it via ROM Manager!

I like the extra screens, but it is very laggy & has caused issues with my messaging app. FC often. I disabled it, too late to get a refund.
