Fun Its not made to simulate first responders. Note that police have lights in the front grill of ALL cars (marked and unmarked). Its still a fun app to prank with!!

Nice app This app is pretty cool. The only thing that doesn't work on the HTC EVO 4G is the green and purple colors.
