SmartWidget is a shortcut to your favorite applications!

After you add the widget to your home screen, it will start monitoring the applications use. The most frequent ones will appear on the widget.

A unique feature SmartWidget has is the ability to show shortcuts only for applications you don't have on your home screen already.

This way, you get new shortcuts you need on your home screen which are updated as you find new cool apps!

If the "existing shortcuts" option is grayed out in the settings, then your launcher isn't supported. Contact me and I will try to support it.

New: Customize appearance - set transparent background, text color, etc.

Note: SmartWidget requires the device log service to be running. If no icons are added after a while, verify your settings.

Ok but It scrunches the widgets on the screen so it doesn't align with rest of them on the screen.

"Problem loading widget" error occurs every time. Fix and it'll be good!

Great Widget! This is a great idea for a widget, though I hope to see more features in the future like customizing the amount of items shown, support for multiple widgets based on category, and support for more launchers. I'd gladly get behind a paid version with these capabilities!

Not yet as good as it could be. Doesn't support ADW, wtf? Other than that, nice idea, but make more shortcuts fit in the widget, maybe make it scrollable.

gre at idea, needs more options. like set widget to transparent, more than 4 icons. too bad it can't work alongside other widgets like circlewidget/multicon. it does hav app exclusion
