NOT HEPLPFUL Downloaded to my Asus Transformer an also on my Sprint Samsung Epic 4G. Tried to login and got an error that stated "there records indicate that you are not eligible for this app at this time." Contacted the web support department they checked our records and could not figure out why we could not use the app. They then advised me to contact my phone carrier to find out why the app was not working. Not only does the app not work, but the web support department is no help. I can log in to the website on my computer an access our acct. I guess I will use my web browser instead. Good Luck to anyone who tries t use this app.

Cost not provided I reordered a prescription today and app said current charge was $0.00. This is misleading..the website said a few days ago the cost at shipping would be $309. Please sync the app with the website re: cost at shipping or whenever it's incurred.

Useless; does not accept my sign in information Two hours after I registered on the medco site and was told I had to use the uhc site (which I also registered on). I downloaded the medco app. It still doesn't accept my sign in information. This 'app' is crap.

Jd I gave this a 3 star before but that was because at that time they would not allow you to order medication from your phone app. They changed it so now you can order from the app. Great job for the improvement!

Refills Thank you! Refills are allowed with 2.0! First version didn't represent the Medco brand well, finally showing some credibility. Keep it coming. Don't stop the enhancements.

Works great I have the HTC EVO from Sprint and this app works great. I am so glad that I can just pull this up and give all information to a new doctor if I need to. And the reminders are super now I can get rid of all my little notes

Marginally Useful Provides a list of prescriptions and a not very helpful reminder system. Until I can order prescription refills, I won't use this app.

Log in problems The app will not recognize my log-in. Tells me incorrect username or password. But the same UN/PW works in the website. Very frustrating!

Perfect. For bad reviewers... app is fine. Reorders via MedCo direct are done by Dr mail or fax by customer mail. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO REORDER VIA APP
