Okay (sound quality not tested) This application should offer to record audio and save it locally without sending it to an e-mail adress and it should provide a way to preview the recordig.

Useless when you need the memo for LATER! You run down your data, you run up your inbox, and the damned notification flash goes off immediately, not later when you need it. Here's a better idea: use your voice recorder. If it doesn't have option to export .wave, try another. Set it to your alarm 4 when it's useful! The most in options this app has on offer are stingy even in the paid version, and it looks amateurishly dull. Pretty arrogant to charge for something so half-baked!
