DO NOT TRY TO LAUNCH. Run by longpressing the home screen.

Bookmarks with custom icons. Works with Cupcake.
Supports custom icons, iphone icon, favIcon, antialiasing.

Longpress the home screen. Select Bookmark 2 under Shortcut. Select a bookmark. Drag the picker over the desired icon. Resize with trackball. Click select.

Nice concept but picker behaviour is strange. I get one rounded edge on the to left of the icon. picker is annoyingly inaccurate. Uninstalled. GalaxyS

Would like to see richer thumbs w/ out rounded edges, and a more specific viewfinder, didn't always give what I cropped, uninstalled. Droid Incredible

Works sorts okay but the icons don't line up with label properly

Good idea but icons look rubbish on desktop with 1 rounded corner. Difficult/impossible to resize crop area accurately by zooming
