NO ACTIVITY RUNS ITSELF WHEN PHONE TURNS ON.  REQUIRES SD_CARD

1.Ether make "/sdcard/backgrounds/" or it will make it for you after 1st reboot of phone with app.

2.Put all .png or .jpg images you want to use in /sdcard/backgrounds/

3. every time your phone starts it will run.
