Why use LEAP Wifi Free over other offerings on the Android Market? Unlike other offerings, this application is targeted specifically for configuring a LEAP wifi profile. The reason this is significant is because through my extensive testing and debugging of customer-reported issues, I have found MANY inconsistencies between the different Android OS releases and devices. The coding required to successfully connect to a LEAP network needs to compensate for these many inconsistencies. The other offerings out there are general wifi configuration tools, which means they don't give focused attention to the special requirements of creating a proper LEAP configuration.

confused will this work on Nexus 4? because i have installed this on my xperia S it works well and can connect to the network but for my nexus 4 i cannot connect to the network. pls help!

Outstanding but Nexus 7 Breaks it I've been using this on my "collection" of Android devices at work, including several Samsung devices and it's been nothing less than PERFECT. I just bought a Nexus 7 and it appears that the Nexus running 4.2.1 breaks LEAP. I don't fault the program but I will pledge to upgrade to the Advanced version as soon as it works on my Nexus 7 as an "Incentive" to adjust this fine application. (edit: Still using this on my GS2 phone so I bought it...eagerly awaiting fix for Nexus 7,

Worked well until Android 4.2 upgrade This app worked great until the 4.2 upgrade. Forums show you that this app does not work with the latest version of of the jellybeans but there is no acknowledgement on the developer's website to even hint there is a problem. The paid version doesn't work at the moment either.

Great App - 4.2 kills it This app worked wonderfully for several friends on their phones and tablets but it looks like Android 4.2 and 4.2.1 are LEAP killers. So far I have had no luck getting anything to work on my Nexus 7 which shipped with 4.2 and upgraded to 4.2.1. I have seen that problem a lot of other places on the internet so I'm sure it isn't this App, just a bug in general with 4.2. It's just something to look out for if you have a 4.2 or higher device and are trying to get LEAP working.

Good... But... This one really helped me connecting my office network.... However, I find the signals deteriorate when connected, and disconnects often due to the same reason. I would've rated the app 5*, had this issue not appeared.... Is this something that can be fixed within the app???

Works great with 4.1.2 and older. Broken in 4.2 Revised Review: Worked great on my JB 4.1.2 app, does not work with 4.2 sadly. Why must this be an issue that Apple has solved, but not Google? So frustrating. Will revise review when / if solved. Was so happy with this product, gladly paid for the full version. Original Review: It works on ICS. It solved my connection issue with Cisco. Perfect
