With "Check Before Calling," anyone can text you "Where are you?" and receive an automatic response with your status (manually set: busy or not) and your GPS location before attempting to call you. You can now also edit your current GPS location with the "I'm Here" function to include a name of or note on where you are before sending it to others. If your contacts also have "Check Before Calling," you can check on their statuses and locations with a few simple clicks on your contact list within the "Check Before Calling" application.

On Moto Droid 2.1: Downloaded & texted "where are you?" & within a min. I received a link to map my location. It was exact, down to the parking space!

The page says that if someone texts you asking "where are you" an automatic response will be sent with your location. THIS DOES.NOT HAPPEN.
