Brilliant app. You can create your own circuits and specify exercise and rest intervals, then loaf these into a workout. Fully customisable.

Super flexible Flexibility unmatched This app is the most flexible of its kind. Create sets with variable time exercises and rests. Link together sets for custom workouts. anything you want to do, including naming your exercises. Awesome!

Good app but terrible voice. I like this app but I don't like the awful voice that they use to call out the next exercise, it's the reason I got the paid version. A little disappointed.

Simple yet flexible enough for complex intervals! Simple yet flexible enough for complex intervals! After looking several apps, this is the best of all Can create your own intervals with several 'modes' or actions not limited to 2 like other apps. I like the coloring options for the text. One observation. The action text above the clock moves according to the current action, looks like it should remain white, but at some point it gets grey and stays like that. Otherwise, an excellent app
