patched my ips and .gba file perfectly, totally worth $0.99.

Did not work. Patched .ips and .gba successfully, then it went to a blank white screen on 4 different rom/hack files.

@Matt Its an IPS patcher, you get ips patches and patch roms with it. It doesnt provide you with any roms or patches
