RSSenal

RSSenal lets you subscribe to blogs and other RSS feeds and be notified when they are updated.

Unlike most RSS notifiers, RSSenal uses Google's push messaging. Because of this, it will use almost no resources while waiting for the next blog post.

RSSenal also uses PubSubHubbub (PuSH) to allow blogs to push out messages to you instantly.

Instead of running in the background and checking for updates every 5 minutes, RSSenal's server will push the updates to your phone.
