The Nap App is a simple timer/alarm clock specifically designed to meet the needs of busy sleepers.  It's better than an alarm clock because the user selects the length of their nap instead of a specific wake-up time. Ad-supported.

This app uses your ringer volume.

Froyo now supported, with apps2sd

No instructions manual... Have no idea how it works

Good idea for an app. no alarm sound tho, just said nap is up. Volume adjustment is ringer, should be for alarm. Android 1.6

didn't make any sound, just said nap is up, in task bar... android 1.6... should use alarm volume instead of ringer, but doesn't work anyway.
