When Car Mode is enabled ALL calls will automatically go to speaker mode on your phone (NOT YOUR CAR'S SPEAKERS). Enable Car Mode when you get into the car so you don't crash putting the phone to speaker. I don't like Bluetooth.

Auto answer option Works great, only app I could find so far to work with S3 running on CyanogenMod 10.1. Would be perfect with the option to auto answer calls after # seconds.

Helpful little app Very simple to use, just click and all calls you choose to answer will start in speaker phone mode. As the name suggests, I find it most helpful when I'm driving. App stays in notification bar so it is easy to turn off.

Perfect Works excellent with car dock. Perfect for me as I have having a Bluetooth headset and makes life a lot easier.
