No way to "find" a pc and without all information about your pc and network (some of which doesn't apply to my setup, but I couldn't skip it)

This transfers ALL images on phone but wont transfer an image twice. No good for people with a lot of images. Can't exclude folders.

Simple yet awesome app!!!! Dev's website has good video tutorials on how to set up. Note, for Win XP MCE, follow XP Pro directions.

Quite possibly one of the best apps. Easy to use and copies all my pics with just a touch of a button. Awesome that it keeps pic's META data intact.

Works great if you have the free version you will have to go under settings and remove data before you remove the free one then use same settings.
