Do you browse the web on your phone and send links to your friends?

This simple app helps you send Bitly shortened links to your friends via Facebook, Gmail, SMS and other applications.

It's really, really, simple. Just select Url Shortener from the list of applications that appear after you click on Menu->Share page in your web browser.

The app will automatically create a Bitly link for you that you can send to your application.

Use the default Bitly account, or add your own credentials so you can track statistics for the links you send.

Sometimes shortens urls, sometimes doesnt. Droid 2.

Doesn't shorten on Thunderbolt. Just copies same long URL as you started with.

Links to bit.ly account, pretty easy to use. Copying url can be a little confusing at first, though. Evo 4G
