*For some device, You may need to install Thai keyboard if you want to search Thai words.

NOTE:
For better quality of voice, You can download and install prefer TTS Engines from Android Market.
After downloaded and installed the engines, you also can set default TTS Engine for the system. (following steps)
1. Menu > Settings > Voice input & output > Text-to-speech settings
2. Check the engines
3. Set your "Default Engine" to engine which you prefer.

Solid, but needs features A robust bilingual dictionary. Works online and off. But needs transliteration for those who don't read Thai, our for those words that are hard to read.
