Denny Great service. More $$ than a NYC yellow cab. But with uber you are not getting a yellow cab.

Amazing. Very useful. I've been able to get cars in NYC on Friday evenings in the rain in 15 minutes, which is normally impossible. Easy to use and works like a charm.

Excellent car in 15 mns, people please understand youre getting a luxury car(town car, Black SUV), its priced for that service, great for Chicago!

GET THIS APP spent 45 minutes looking for a cab at 2am in Boston then I signed up for this app... I had a nice warm car waiting for me 5 minutes after signing up for Uber. I'll never use a taxi again.

Experiment carefully, a driver will come fast! Installed app and demoing? Just beware there is no confirmation. You will have a driver on the way instantly. Cancel immediately? Still a $10 charge. UPDATE: I contacted Uber and they promptly issued a credit. I am uber impressed by their customer service. (I still think their UI should get an "are you sure?" prompt for us newbs.) Anyway, I'm looking forward to updating this review after I actually, you know, try a real ride. I already know how amazingly fast the ride request will be processed. :)

Fantastic idea but really expensive Lower the price to compete with NYC taxis and me, my friends, and all my friends friends would be all over this
