The sentence has been passed, now you must bring order to a world of chaos. Start with a small, low security prison and build it into a high-security facility. There’s no escaping under your watchful eye as you’re in charge of every detail of prison life. You will construct and run an efficient rehabilitation facility with nothing but money on your mind. Make sure the prisoners have just enough of what they need to keep them happy. Any trouble and the riot squad will be there to sort it out!

Not a tycoon game A tycoon game is where you build and the ai works with what you build. This you have to micro-manage the inmates and guards. Not what I wanted

Absolute Garbage! Game downloaded and installed fine. Once I tried to open it, the game would kick me to my lock screen and if I unlocked the screen it would go right back to locked. Had to reboot my phone several times and just gave up and uninstalled it. Biggest waste of money ever!
