Description from the Market

Allow VIP numbers to contact you even if you're phone is in vibrate/silent mode so you want miss important calls.
You can mark any number in your contact list as VIP (ad to whitelist ).
You can also mark all unknown numbers as VIP if you expecting some important call from unknown number.
Works also with SMS messages enable/disable "SMS Notifications" checkbox as you wish.

IMPORTANT!
App use your ringtone volume level settings so adjust it as you wish.
(If you use "force ring" option application uses your media volume level settings so adjust that volume as you wish in that case)

This is whitelist type of app like "Call Announcer" or "Auto Ring" or "Semi Silent"

Works Good on Galaxy S Phone Choose contacts from "All VIP". Set "force ring" to get it to work. On/off widget would be nice! Love the minimal permissons and free price!

Not bad Very simple. No ads, and free. I don't get why people write these Apps for free, don't they know that their time is money? What's the revenue model?
