Latest update stops access to our server Latest update just installed no longer allows login to our server. Disappointing. This app was expensive and was not delivering much value and now none. An opportunity for another developer out there. Update: uninstall and reinstall fixed the problem. Updated app has much improved search capability and allows contacts to be called.

Overall Works great The $20 price is a little steep for how rough around the edges the program is. That being said, it's completely functional for everything I use, including creating new Trouble Tickets and showing custom fields I use to track billable time. The UI is horrible, but functional. The only real complaint I have is that when I create any new records and go to associate it with an Account, it sorts by the unique ID, instead of alphabetically. Sorting through 50-60 accounts based on when I added them to the CRM, instead of alphabetically is a pain, I can't imagine how bad it would be with more. tl;dr - Over all handy, but it needs some kinks worked out. I'm hoping they continue development on this and don't abandon it.

Good core functionality Gives good access to all the modules within vtiger, ui is functional but very basic could use some tabs so your not having to constantly scroll (similar to the iphone version) otherwise it seems good. Hopefully we will see some updates! Cheers j

Want to rate better... IPhone app seemed more complete. If this was improved I would buy more liscences. Hopefully updates happen soon.

'Replaced tab interface' I never had tab view in last version, so I can't see anything that's changed. Still no support for add-in modules.

Very limited funtionality and lacks basic features. I suggest you stick to phone browser.
