Poor. Moscow time is wrong. Also, the app has extremely limited functionality. There are much better time zone calculators/converters on the market.

Fantastic I have tried five different world time calculator apps and uninstalled all of them because they simply did not work. LTC is the only time calculator that works well. The interface is clean and response time is instant. I would have given 5 stars if you could save your favorite cities.
