Wiggle is a light-weight utility similar to Locale where you can set your phone to change its settings (ringer, volume, bluetooth, etc.) based on which wireless networks are in range. You do not need to be connected to a network, just be in reach.

I love the idea of this app, especially the default profile. However, it keeps switching into the default profile even when I am in range of my wifi.

Upgraded for 2.0. No more crashes but still doesn't work on nexus one (android 2.1). Uninstalled.

I hate the fact that it uses wifi instead of GPS since you need wifi on to use which is a problem when ur not connected to the wifi
