Optik TV™ Remote record allows you to schedule and manage your HD PVR recordings from your Android device. You’ll never miss your favourite programs again.

Features
• Quickly record any program you want from anywhere.
• Customized Guide displays only the channels you are subscribed to.
• View full program and cast information.
• Search by program title, actors, new programs and/or HD programs.
• View your scheduled recordings and what you have already recorded.
• Set priority for scheduled recordings or delete existing recorded programs.

Requirements
• Must subscribe to TELUS Optik TV with an HD PVR.
• An Optik TV username and password is required to log onto this service. To create your account with a username and password, from the main menu on your digital box select Recordings and Remote recording and follow the steps.

Doesn't work on Galaxy Nexus with ICS This application doesn't currently work with the Galaxy Nexus running Icecream Sandwich. Upon launch, the screen is black and remains that way.

Does not work in ICS Running android 4.0 (ics) and this app is so small on screen that you cannot use it. Please fix it alond with the other UI changes that need 2 be made

Pretty good Way easier to find programs and set recordings using the phone than the PVR remote.

Cool but needs to be fixed! Search is non-functioning, buttons on the bottom must be pressed on the "right spot", and pressing the 'back's button shouldn't exit the app instantly

Blackberry version is better The BB version of this app always has complete programming info for every show or game I look for. This version falls short

Works quite well Would like more detail when I click on an item. Ex football doesn't tell me the teams, just that the game is on. Computer version tells you the teams.
