IMPORTANT:
1. Dont kill it! And exclude it from any memory saver/automatic task killer
2. Only works on Android 2.1 or greater

Simple and effective way of scheduling the AutoSync. Exactly the app I was looking for.

Does exactly what it says it would Needed an app to turn off and on auto sync at certain intervals and this did just that. Tried using Juice Defender to achieve the same and it didn't work out (app is wayyyyy too confusing). This is saving me some major battery as I don't see the need for the Gmail, calendar, contacts to be instant. I hear that auto sync takes a toll on battery so every 30 minutes is just fine. I'm not THAT important.

Thank you for not including a task killer as they mess up the phone. This app means I don't have to remember to turn on sync.

Although turning on/off auto sync does save battery, you still need to keep background data on. Bg data is a big source of battery drain. Uninstalling
