ContactsSync is a FREE app from Wrike and Intermedia that loads your contacts from the Microsoft Exchange 2007 server directly to your G1 phone, providing a one-way wireless sync. The updated version merges contacts to avoid duplicates at the first sync.

exceeded my expectations it worked with exchange 2010 and htc EVO. One problem is that it associated all new contacts with an organization.

No advanced features. Only works if exchange SSL cert is valid. Give us an option to bypass this check.
