Awesome It would be perfect if we could customize the interval training times ourselves. I use this to track my Insanity workouts. Or have an Insanity workout Category. Update. Ours not updating my music playlist. I can't select new playlist & not adding music I added to my playlist.

Feel abandoned It feels like Noom has put cardio trainer permenately on the back burner. No significant updates since i baught it a year and a half ago.

Two years use and excellent value I credit Cardio Trainer for kickstarting the healthy habits I have today. I have since realized that I needed the coaching delivered by sister product Noom to get a my weight down and so transferred over almost a year ago. My message is to people wary: both products are the real deal and will help you. They did for me.

Some nice features Some nice features, but don't buy it for the interval training. It only has a few levels (says 20, but only offers 12 on my phone), and doesn't allow you to fine-tune the time per interval or min/max speeds. Also, you have to keep looking at your phone to see if you're above or below the target speed, which really isn't good if you're running.

Love this app! I've used this for 2+ years. One app I never want to lose!

Everything Do not buy this app its a waste of your time and money I wish I could get my money back. It does not accurately record workouts and when it records it won't let me bring them up and use them to train against.

No longer updated? Really wish this app continued to be updated. Social features appear broken, among other problems. Noom Weight Loss is a good alternative, but the "how much weight do you want to lose" paradigm is annoying when that is not your workout objective.

key motivator this app keeps me at it, has a heap of great features and. has an easy to use interface. An extra star would be awarded if it had all the features of My Fitness Pal

Mixed feelings... I've been using this app for a few years and like some things, but dislike some others. I like the user interface and how the historic data can be easily viewed. However, I finally purchase the Polar HRM, and have been disappointed. Connection drops eventually on every walk I take and will not reconnect without stopping the workout and then restarting. Another similar app I'm trying does not do this. Also, I don't like that we still can't restore detailed workout data. Not enough updates either.
