It's too clunky and cumbersome to use really.. The new ticket form just isn't friendly and so awkward to enter the details quickly.

PLEASE LISTEN TO REVIEWERS & ADD MACROS. I can't believe Macros are not on mobile version. It's a must have feature for phones to avoid all the typing
