The Zendesk notifier allows agents to quickly see how many tickets that have assigned, and how many new unassigned tickets exist in their help desk system. It also serves as a short cut for logging into your Help Desk 2.0 from your phone.

Good idea poor execution... not sure if it was an API limit but only tells you number of tickets w/o notifying & no summary.

This is a nice addition to the Zendesk product. It would be outstanding if it provided alerts and if it displayed a bit more than just ticket numbers.
