Wake Up! is an application that lets you maximize your sleep by allowing you to peacefully sleep while you're on a bus or commuting.

Wake Up! lets you set an alarm quickly (alarm is not time based, it is location based). It is triggered when you reach your destination.

Needs work-good features but map select deleted all created alarms, can't create more until clear data using astro file mgr. EVO 2.2

Good idea, just needs more options for waking the user up. As another comment notes, the current wake-up buzz just isn't loud + persistent enough.
