Direct from the manufacturer, HAI’s Snap-Link Mobile for Android provides property managers and homeowners total comfort and control. View and adjust lighting levels/scenes, temperatures, security settings, surveillance video, audio, and more.

Leaving work early? Adjust the temperatures, lights, and audio to your liking. Extending your vacation? Cut off thermostats and water heaters. Can’t remember if you set the alarm this morning? Open the encrypted Snap-Link Mobile and confirm.

View Event Logs to see when your child came home or an employee left

View real-time IP video (Simple to add new cameras!)

View security system status, arm or disarm the alarm

Adjust climate settings including humidity control

Full Security including access control

Control all lights and additional energy loads

Ability to make small adjustments such as wakeup time or irrigation hours

Worked well, until first update... then never worked after that! Upon retrieving setup, it just keeps trying forever. I even upgraded my phone thinking it was my old phone issue to no Avail. I can still connect to my system remotely using "Snaplink" and "HAI PC Access". No go on the Android. And to think I've been a loyal HAI Installer. Why should I support HAI if HAI wont support those pushing and installing their product. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to call tech support to work out a bug. Just show it some attention, HIRE a programmer to focus on apps full time.

Not impressed Just some additional user interface....like i would like my zones to status without poking thru the menu...and i want the capability for auto notification when the system is armed or there is an alarm....just needs ALot of work!!!!!

Disappointing, I know HAI can do better... I'm very disappointed; the status reported on lights are wrong more than 50% of the time (WTH) ... the app is missing security zone status altogether!! HAI you can do better. I'm on an EVO running Android 2.3.3 and the latest update of SnapLink. At this point in the game this very basic functionality should be a given and the app should be functioning correctly. Come on! By now your updates should be focused on providing widgits and functionality like hiding buttons & controls. Pull it together guys.

No problems, works great! I have an OmniPro IIe with no cams. I would like a future version to be able to show my the status of all my various doors and sensors like how you can on the Weblink software. I've used this on DroidX, Xoom, and GNex with no issues.

It works. That's about it. Does what its supposed to but unlike the competing app, Snaplink is very lack-luster and costs $10 more. It's also frustrating to have to pick from a drop down menu after selecting a unit or feature to control; too much like an Apple interface. Pick the item, select the setting, press ok....why not just pick the item them have all contol cleanly displayed? Tap up/down temps or and fully controllable lighting is so much nicer. And to top it off bug fixes and feature add requests are out of the question.

Best hai app for Android Manages multiple accounts well without reload each time. PLEASE ADD FAVORITES FEATURE. Its the only advantage that the competing app has.

Disappointed. Big time. It works, like all HAI products. But please get someone on staff that understands how people use things. If I select a light, ask it to dim to 25% then do it. Don't ask me "ok" It is like a 1990 intuition working here. Also, when you back up on droid, touchscreen, etc. don't take me all the way back to the start. Very useful for little things, but way overpriced when you have to supply a whole family with this. Was hoping HAI would break their mold here a bit.
